The Inspector of Prisons has strongly criticised the prison service for its failure to properly investigate deaths in custody, reports Paul Reynolds for RTÉ Nine News.
The short report included a statement from IPRT's Liam Herrick, who called for the appropriate resources and systems to be put in place for both the Inspector of Prisons and the Irish Prison Service.
