WLR FM interview with Liam Herrick

IPRT Executive Director Liam Herrick was interviewed on the Deise AM programme on WLR FM on 8th August 2012. Liam discusses the numbers of people that were sent to prison for non-payment of fines and the increase in female committals in 2011. Liam emphasised the financial waste associated with these trends and suggested alternative sanctions for appropriate offenders.
