Irish Penal Reform Trust

Arbour Hill Visiting Committee Annual Report December 2005

31st December 2005

This 2005 report is almost a ‘copy and paste’ of last year’s report.

There are commendations for the staff for their warmth and their ability to stretch a little into a lot, but the Committee ultimately ends its report with its displeasure with the psychiatry and sex offender programmes.
