Third meeting of the IPRT Solicitor Panel

The third meeting of the IPRT Solicitor Panel took place on Thursday 10 March 2022. (For more information on the purpose of the panel, see our first post relating to the Panel.)

Issues discussed during the meeting include: continued difficulties accessing clients (in person, via video link or via phone) in some prisons; inconsistency on quarantine periods and rules in prison compared with the community; healthcare in prison; remission; legal aid (criminal and civil); and client confidentiality.
